Location:

Coeur d'Alene and surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced and dependable Lawn Care Crew Lead / Supervisor to lead a lawn maintenance crew and ensure high-quality service for our residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on leadership role that includes daily lawn care duties, driving a truck and trailer, and participating in snow and ice management during the winter season.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a lawn care crew on daily routes
• Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and clean-up
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Drive and operate company trucks with trailers
• Load, unload, and secure equipment properly
• Train crew members and provide on-site direction
• Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance needs
• Minor sprinkler repairs and reporting malfunctions to irrigation team
• Communicate with management regarding job progress and issues
• Maintain a professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude Snow & Ice Management (Required during winter months)
• Participate in snow plowing, shoveling, salting, and ice control operations
• Operate snow removal equipment safely
• Be available for on-call work during snow events, including nights and weekends
• Help ensure properties remain safe and accessible during winter weather Requirements Previous lawn care or landscaping experience (crew lead experience preferred) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to drive a truck and trailer (required) Snow and ice management experience (required) Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Preferred Qualifications Commercial landscaping experience Prior snow plowing or ice management experience Basic knowledge of lawn care and snow equipment Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, year-round opportunity Advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Apply on
