Position Overview Idaho Pest and Lawn is seeking a full-time Landscape & Irrigation Technician to assist with a variety of outdoor projects including landscaping, fencing, sprinkler installation and repair, lawn care, and general labor tasks. This is a hands-on position working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who is dependable, motivated, and willing to learn. Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation and maintenance Install and repair sprinkler/irrigation systems Fence installation and general property improvement projects Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools Perform lawn care and seasonal outdoor services Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment Maintain clean and organized job sites Communicate professionally with customers and team members Follow company safety procedures and quality standards Qualifications Previous experience in landscaping, irrigation, fencing, construction, lawn care, or related fields preferred Willingness to learn and take direction Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift, carry, and perform physically demanding work Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience operating landscaping equipment is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus What We Offer Competitive pay depending on experience Opportunity for growth and advancement Variety of outdoor work and projects Supportive team environment Steady full-time work during the season
