Lawn Care Crew Leader

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Lawn Care Crew Leader to run our residential lawn maintenance team. In this role you will ensure high-quality service delivery and lead a team of technicians. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and excellence in all aspects of lawn care. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the lawn care crew to ensure timely completion of projects Oversee lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging Drive the crew and equipment between sites Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and industry or company standards during operations Provide training and mentorship to crew members on lawn care techniques, equipment use, and customer service Inspect work sites regularly for quality assurance and address any issues promptly Skills Proven experience in lawn care, specifically using Walker riding lawn mowers Supervising experience leading teams in Strong knowledge of lawn care practices Ability to operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and effectively Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members Knowledge of safety standards related to outdoor work environments and equipment maintenance Join us as a Lawn Care Crew Leader and grow with our team. Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
