Lawn Care Crew Member - Summer position

Lawn Care Crew Member Join our team at Four Seasons Lawn & Pest , where we value motivated, hardworking individuals who enjoy the outdoors and want to build relationships within the community. We are hiring Full-Time Crew Members to maintain lawns for our commercial and residential customers in Moscow, Pullman, Lewiston, and Clarkston. Responsibilities:

Operate lawn care equipment (aerators, mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers) safely and efficiently Mow, trim, edge, and blow off surfaces to maintain a neat appearance Follow safety guidelines and procedures Assist with various lawn care tasks as needed Work efficiently as part of a crew in a fast-paced outdoor environment Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a good driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to lift heavy objects, work in all weather conditions, and stand for extended periods Pass employment screening Available to work Tuesday-Friday, shifts ranging from 9 to 11 hours per day No experience required, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn We are a team-oriented company that values a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
