Responsibilities Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to maintain lawns and landscapes efficiently. Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, edging, and mulching to enhance outdoor aesthetics. Support construction projects like installing hardscapes, irrigation systems, or garden beds under supervision. Use power tools and machinery such as excavators or tree care equipment to perform site preparation and maintenance tasks. Perform snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients and staff. Conduct routine inspections of landscape features and perform minor repairs or maintenance as needed. Follow safety protocols when handling tools, machinery, or working around trees and other landscape elements. Experience Prior experience with lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools, hand tools, or construction equipment is a plus. Knowledge of horticulture principles, tree care techniques, or gardening practices is beneficial. Ability to operate landscaping machinery such as mowers, trimmers, excavators, or snow plows is advantageous. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and outdoor maintenance. Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this energetic environment.
