Landscape Laborer

Job Summary Join our team as a Landscape Laborer and help create and maintain high-quality outdoor spaces. This role includes a variety of hands-on tasks such as lawn care, irrigation work, and installing landscape features. You'll play an important part in keeping properties looking their best while working alongside a skilled and motivated team. Responsibilities Assist with lawn care services including mowing, edging, trimming, and clean-up Help install and maintain irrigation systems (sprinklers, drip lines, troubleshooting) Support landscape installations such as sod, plants, rock, mulch, and basic hardscape Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites Follow directions from crew leads and work efficiently as part of a team Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate respectfully with team members and clients when needed Requirements Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions (lifting, bending, digging, standing for long periods) Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and gardening Knowledge of tree care, including trimming and pruning, is a plus Willingness to learn new skills, including irrigation installation and hardscape construction Strong work ethic and attention to detail Prior landscaping or construction experience is a plus, but not required—training provided for motivated candidates Reliable transportation and punctuality
