Landscape/ Lawncare Associate

We are a locally owned landscaping company serving Kootenai County since 2012, and we are looking for dependable, high‑quality individuals to join our growing team.

• This position is for someone who:
• Shows up on time, every day
• Takes pride in doing things the right way
• Works well as part of a small, professional crew
• Wants steady work—not just a short‑term job
• What the work includes:
• Lawn maintenance & seasonal cleanups
• Planting, sod installation, & landscape improvements
• Material installation & job‑site organization
• Working outdoors in all typical North Idaho conditions
• What we expect from you:
• Reliability and punctuality are non‑negotiable
• Willingness to learn and follow proven systems
• Ability to work physically while staying focused and detail‑oriented
• Positive attitude and respect for clients, teammates, and equipment
• Experience is a plus, but we will train the right person who demonstrates:
• Consistency
• Strong work ethic
• Long‑term mindset

• Schedule:

• Tuesday-Friday
• Start at 7:00 AM (6AM Tuesday maintenance crew)
• Finish when the job is done (typically 2-5 PM)

• Pay:
