Lawn Maintenance Crew Member

Changing Seasons Lawn & Landscape is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Crew Technician to join our team. This position focuses on shrub trimming, property clean-ups, and maintaining a polished, professional look for our clients' landscapes.

What You'll Do:

Trim and shape shrubs, hedges, and ornamental plants Perform seasonal and routine property clean-ups (spring/fall clean-ups, debris removal) Weed landscape beds and maintain overall property appearance Operate trimmers, hedge cutters, blowers, and other landscape equipment Work efficiently with a crew to complete daily job schedules

What We're Looking For:

Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to lift, bend, and stay active throughout the day Valid driver's license Preferred Experience (Higher Pay): Experience with shrub pruning and plant care Landscape maintenance or clean-up crew experience Knowledge of proper trimming techniques and plant health
