Landscaper/Laborer

We take pride in quality workmanship, reliability, and strong team culture. Position Summary We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Landscaping Technician to join our team. This role involves installing and maintaining landscapes, operating equipment, and ensuring high-quality service for our clients. Key Responsibilities Perform lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming) Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and sod Install mulch, soil, and decorative features Assist with hardscape projects (pavers, retaining walls, patios) Operate landscaping equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Follow safety procedures and maintain clean job sites Provide professional and courteous customer service Qualifications Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred (but not required) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license (required) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Training and advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Schedule Full-time / Part-time available Monday-Friday (occasional weekends during peak season)
