• Position Summary
• Assist with the maintenance and landscaping of outdoor grounds across all ADM office locations. In addition, assist with furniture deliveries and colleague moves. This role supports a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
• Physical Requirements
• + Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and use stairs for extended periods + Capable of heavy lifting + Willingness to work in varying and adverse weather conditions
• Minimum Qualifications
• + Successful completion of a company background check + Valid driver's license or ability to legally operate a motor vehicle in a work environment + High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Key Responsibilities
• + Assist with landscape installations, hedge trimming, and pruning + Perform mowing, trash removal, and weed control + Operate equipment such as wide-area mowers, push mowers, and string trimmers + Repair fences and spread mulch + Trim trees and maintain outdoor areas + Primarily Monday-Friday, 5a-1p + Overtime occasionally required

• + Support special events (e.g., delivery, set-up/tear down, etc.) + Assist with furniture moving as needed
