What We Offer:
Year-round full-time work — steady paycheck every week, not seasonal Consistent Mon-Fri schedule April-November; on-call snow rotation December-March On-call snow pay — premium rate for storm-response hours Paid training on all equipment: commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, snow blowers, salt spreaders, plows Provided PPE — gloves, eye and ear protection, hi-vis shirts, winter gear Same property every day — no constant driving between job sites Friendly small-crew environment Performance bonuses for crews that hit quality and efficiency targets Path to grow into a Crew Leader role ($20-22/hr)
