Now Hiring:
Landscaping / Property Maintenance Team Member Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Schedule | Seasonal or Year-Round We are a locally owned, family-run property management company looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team! We are flexible and open to full-time or part-time help , as well as seasonal summer work or year-round employment , depending on availability and interest.
Primary Duties Include:
Landscaping and grounds upkeep Lawn care and general outdoor maintenance Painting and touch-ups Exterior property upkeep Basic building and apartment maintenance Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Huge Plus!): Knowledge of apartment/building maintenance Basic repair or handyman experience, plumbing General maintenance skills We're looking for someone local, reliable, and motivated who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a great team.
