Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators safely and efficiently for planting, grading, or installing hardscape features Install and maintain irrigation systems to promote healthy plant growth and water efficiency Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to enhance landscape safety and beauty Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe Implement lawn care routines such as aeration, fertilization, and weed control to maintain lush turf Support construction projects involving hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, or garden structures Qualifications Proven experience in landscaping or horticulture with a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices Mechanical knowledge related to operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, excavators, and irrigation systems Familiarity with gardening techniques including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and pest management Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in various outdoor tasks Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and health assessment Experience with snow plowing equipment is a plus for seasonal coverage Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in different weather conditions Join us in creating stunning landscapes that bring joy to communities!
