Your work will involve a variety of tasks from planting and lawn care to hardscape installation and seasonal snow plowing. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor spaces pristine Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for planting, digging, and other landscaping tasks Install and repair hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and garden beds Conduct lawn care activities like fertilizing, aerating, and watering to promote healthy growth Manage irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed Carry out tree care including trimming, pruning, planting, and removal with proper safety procedures Assist with seasonal snow plowing to ensure safe access during winter months while maintaining landscape integrity Requirements Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and tree care techniques Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other construction machinery Knowledge of horticulture principles and landscaping best practices Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards during all operations Prior experience in snow plowing or hardscape installation is a plus but not mandatory Join us to cultivate beautiful outdoor environments that inspire communities!
