In this role, you will assist with the installation and maintenance of landscaping projects, helping transform outdoor spaces into beautiful and functional environments. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in hands-on work. Responsibilities Perform landscape installation tasks including planting, mulching, grading, and sod installation Assist with hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors Maintain a clean and safe work environment Assist with general grounds maintenance when needed Requirements Previous landscaping or construction experience preferred but not required Ability to perform physical labor and lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work well in a team environment Reliable transportation and punctuality Preferred Qualifications Experience with hardscaping or irrigation systems Ability to operate skid steer or other machinery (a plus) Valid driver's license Why Join Groundworks Land Design?
