Groundskeeper

Lindy's Landing is looking for an energetic early riser who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping beautiful spaces clean, organized, and guest-ready all summer long. Our Groundskeepers play an important role in maintaining the appearance of our lakeside property, beach, and outdoor guest areas. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys physical work, staying active, and working independently while helping create a welcoming environment for thousands of summer guests.

Responsibilities may include:

Raking and maintaining beach sand Filling holes and leveling uneven areas Removing seaweed and shoreline debris Emptying and changing garbage cans Watering flowers, plants, and landscaping Weeding and maintaining garden beds Assisting with general outdoor cleanup and property appearance Supporting setup and upkeep for busy weekends and events

What We're Looking For:

Reliable and self-motivated Comfortable working outdoors in summer weather Able to lift, bend, walk, and stay active throughout shifts Positive attitude and strong work ethic Morning and weekend availability preferred If you enjoy working outside and want to be part of a fun, fast-paced summer environment on the lake, we'd love to hear from you.
