Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and trimming trees and shrubs to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as excavators for planting, grading, and hardscape installation Maintain lawns and gardens through fertilization, watering, aeration, and pest control measures Install and repair irrigation systems to optimize water efficiency across various landscapes Execute landscape construction projects including patio paving, retaining walls, walkways, and other hardscape features Conduct seasonal snow plowing and de-icing to keep properties safe during winter months Perform routine landscape inspections and provide ongoing tree care including trimming and health assessments Qualifications Proven experience with landscaping tasks such as lawn care, gardening, tree trimming, and landscape maintenance Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools, hand tools, excavators, and other landscaping equipment Strong understanding of horticulture principles and plant care techniques Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and maintenance is a plus Familiarity with construction practices related to hardscape features like patios or retaining walls Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred Join us if you're passionate about creating vibrant outdoor spaces!
