Job Summary Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Landscaper / Lawn Care Crew Member and bring outdoor spaces to life! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful lawns, gardens, and landscapes through hands-on work with various tools and equipment. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help transform residential and commercial properties into vibrant, inviting environments. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to ensure healthy, attractive turf. Maintain landscape features including planting, pruning trees and shrubs, and caring for gardens. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks like digging, planting, and landscape installation. Use equipment such as zero turn, chainsaws, snowblowers, and power washers. Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance to promote healthy plant growth. Conduct landscape maintenance routines including hardscape work like patio or walkway installation and repair. Support tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, or removal to ensure safety and aesthetics. Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and hand tools. Experience with lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance preferred. Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care techniques. Familiarity with construction processes related to landscaping projects is a plus. Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality work.
