As a Lawn Maintenance Team Member at Bell Lawn Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and aesthetic appeal of our clients' outdoor spaces. You will work within a dedicated team to perform a variety of lawn care tasks, including mowing, trimming, and performing general landscape maintenance duties. This position requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor environments!

Responsibilities:

Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing and trimming to ensure lawns are neat and well-groomed. Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks within designated timelines and meet quality standards. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.

Requirements:

Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred, but not required. Ability to operate lawn maintenance equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
