Grounds Crew

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Grounds Crew team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and the use of power tools. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

Mow lawns, trim hedges, and maintain flower beds to ensure the venue looks polished Remove weeds, debris, and fallen branches from outdoor areas. Ensure pathways, driveways, and parking areas are clean and safe Assist with the setup of outdoor furniture such as chairs. Check lighting, sound systems, and other technical equipment as needed. Regularly inspect and clean outdoor spaces during the event to maintain cleanliness and safety. Respond to any issues such as spills, broken equipment, or unexpected weather challenges. Collect and dispose of trash, including leftover decorations and food waste. Perform minor repairs as necessary, such as reseeding grass or fixing lighting. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests.
