Duties will include but not limited to; Softscape work such as mulching, using a backpack blower, leaf removal work, soil / sod work, planting, gravel work, weeding beds, pruning of bushes and trees with equipment and by hand, raking, digging, lifting and helping the hardscape crew as needed and assisting a mowing crew with mowing and trimming as needed. Lifting 50# or more is required and ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time is also required daily. Qualifications Strong knowledge of lawn care and landscape maintenance techniques Proficiency in using hand tools and operating excavators Experience in tree care and groundskeeping Familiarity with irrigation systems and gardening practices Mechanical knowledge is a plus Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
