As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in creating and maintaining that environment—helping ensure our campus feels like home. This is more than just a landscaping job. What You'll Do:

Own the

Grounds:

Lead the care of our outdoor spaces—including turf management, landscaping, and snow removal—ensuring our campus always looks its best.

Create Beauty:

Plant, prune, irrigate, and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawns. Help plan and implement seasonal planting and beautification projects. Work with

Purpose:

Support the mission of Greencroft Communities by creating a clean, safe, and peaceful outdoor environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Collaborate & Communicate:

Serve as a key liaison between our campus and turf management vendors. Keep residents and the maintenance team informed about ongoing work. Help in

All Seasons:

During winter or inclement weather, assist with general maintenance tasks and help care for campus facilities and equipment. Be Part of a

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

No prior experience required—we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Driver's License:

A valid driver's license is required.

Skills That Matter:

Basic knowledge (or willingness to learn) about turf and landscape care. Comfortable using tools and grounds equipment. Able to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision. Friendly and respectful communication with residents and staff.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 30-50 lbs, and perform physical work outdoors in all types of weather. Exposure to landscaping chemicals and equipment is part of the job. Why Work at Greencroft?
