Job Description
Position Overview As a Mow Team Member, you will perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, and blowing. You will also support seasonal tasks such as shrub trimming, mulch installation, hard edging, and leaf removal. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and wants to grow with a professional lawn care company. Responsibilities Perform weekly mowing , string trimming , and blowing cleanup Operate commercial-grade mowers , string trimmers , blowers , hard edgers , and pruners Maintain equipment cleanliness and report mechanical issues Assist with seasonal tasks: Shrub trimming Mulch installation Hard edging Leaf cleanup/removal Work efficiently and professionally as part of a crew Follow safety procedures and company standards Qualifications Experience in lawn mowing or landscape maintenance preferred but not required Valid driver's license preferred but not required Ability to work outdoors in hot, cold, and wet conditions Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Willingness to learn and take direction Schedule Monday-Friday Some Saturdays during peak season or weather delays Overtime opportunities available Compensation & Benefits $19-$22 per hour , based on experience Overtime pay Paid Time Off (PTO) Uniform shirts provided Health care benefits Company-matching retirement plan Opportunities for advancement within the Maintenance Division About Grow Pros Lawn Care Grow Pros Lawn Care serves the greater Elkhart area with a strong focus on professionalism, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
