Duties Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to keep lawns healthy and vibrant Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for landscape maintenance, pruning, and planting Operate equipment such as excavators, snow plows (seasonally), and other machinery to support landscaping projects Maintain trees through trimming, pruning, and tree care techniques to promote growth and safety Assist with irrigation system installation, repairs, and seasonal adjustments to ensure proper watering practices Support hardscape projects by installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscape features Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various landscaping machinery and hand tools confidently Knowledge of lawn care techniques including mowing, fertilizing, aeration, and pest control Experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture practices, and tree care methods Familiarity with construction principles related to hardscape installation and irrigation systems Ability to work independently or as part of a team in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions Excellent attention to detail for precision trimming, planting, and landscape finishing touches Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients Join us if you're passionate about outdoor work and eager to grow your skills in landscape maintenance!
