Starting at $18.00 hourly Summit Outdoor is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Lawn Care Crew Member. This position focuses primarily on mowing with additional landscaping responsibilities as needed. Our mission is to redefine customer service in the green industry by delivering premium lawn and landscape services with proactive communication and flawless follow-through. W e're looking for more than just an employee, we're looking for someone to join the Summit Outdoor family. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Valid driver's license Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Strong attention to detail Excellent teamwork and communication skills Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods Duties & Responsibilities Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently Mow lawns using riding and push mowers, ensuring clean, even cuts and healthy turf appearance Perform trimming, edging, and general lawn maintenance tasks Assist with landscaping and property upkeep as needed Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Work collaboratively with team members to complete jobs efficiently and to company standards
