Primary Objective of Position:

The primary objective of this position is to perform lawn maintenance and basic landscaping services to ensure the company grounds are safe, clean, and well-maintained throughout the season. Key Areas of Responsibility Mow grass and maintain lawn areas according to established schedules Trim bushes, shrubs, and landscaped areas Apply weed control treatments as required Perform trash and debris pickup across assigned areas Operate lawn care and landscaping equipment safely and effectively Maintain equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Adjust work activities and schedules as needed due to weather conditions Work Schedule Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Schedule may vary based on weather and operational needs These two positions are Seasonal.
