The Student - Grounds position is designed to provide hands-on experience in maintaining and enhancing outdoor environments across various properties. Minimum Qualifications:

Currently enrolled as a student in high school or college. Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Basic understanding of safety practices related to grounds maintenance. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or related outdoor work. Familiarity with basic gardening tools and equipment. Interest in horticulture, environmental science, or related fields. Responsibilities:

Assist with mowing lawns, trimming bushes, and maintaining flower beds to ensure a neat and attractive appearance. Operate and maintain basic groundskeeping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers under supervision. Collect and dispose of debris, leaves, and litter to maintain cleanliness and safety of outdoor areas. Support the planting and watering of flowers, shrubs, and trees as directed by the grounds team. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for self and others.
