About the Opportunity Rose Hill Landscaping, Lawn Care, & Snow Services is expanding our capacity for the upcoming season. We have built a reputation in the Terre Haute area for delivering high-end, meticulously detailed outdoor spaces. We are currently seeking an elite, fully equipped sub-contracting crew to partner with us on premium landscape maintenance, hardscaping, and high-level maintenance routes. The number one job will be where you go onto a property and trim and prune all the bushes and shrubs, giving them shape and separation, weeding the beds, removing mulch where needed, redefining the edges on the bed edges and installing new, premium mulch perfectly for a clean, crisp look. If your crew takes pride in trimming, pruning and shaping bushes and shrubs and weeding beds thoroughly before spreading perfect mulch at 2 to 3 inches deep, or laying perfect sod, cutting crisp edges, building flawless paver patios, and providing top-tier service, we want to partner with you. What You Will Be Doing As a sub-contractor for Rose Hill Landscaping, you will be deployed on high-end residential and commercial projects. Depending on your crew's exact specialties, projects may include:

Softscape Maintenance:

Prepping beds and installing mulch, as well as planting high-quality nursery stock (hydrangeas, Japanese maples, boxwoods, lilacs, lilies, etc.). What We Require Because you will be representing the Rose Hill standard, we require our sub-contractors to operate like true professionals:

Fully Equipped:

You must provide your own reliable trucks, trailers, mowers, and hand tools necessary to complete the job efficiently.

Fully Insured:

Must carry active General Liability insurance and Workers' Compensation (if applicable). Extreme Attention to

Detail:

No cutting corners. If you leave clumps of grass in the yard, skip the edging, or rush base prep on a patio, this is not the partnership for you.

Reliability & Communication:
