Lawn Maintenance foreman and labor /Landscape labor

Overview Mistic Landscaping Inc is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance and or labor Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. A drivers license is a must! This role involves a variety of tasks including landscape maintenance, lawn care, and general upkeep of facilities. If you enjoy working outdoors and have experience with power tools, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, tree trimming, and garden upkeep. Utilize power tools effectively for various maintenance projects. Dig and prepare areas for planting or construction as needed. Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition. Build and repair structures as required to enhance outdoor spaces. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is required. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools safely. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods. Familiarity with lawn care techniques and practices is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
