Duties Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems to ensure efficient water distribution across diverse landscapes Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aeration to keep outdoor spaces healthy and vibrant Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as pruning, planting, mulching, and weed control to enhance aesthetic appeal Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery like excavators safely and effectively for construction or landscaping projects Assist with landscape construction projects by preparing sites, laying sod or planting beds, and installing features like pathways or retaining walls Troubleshoot mechanical issues with irrigation components or landscaping equipment to minimize downtime Follow safety protocols diligently while handling equipment and working in outdoor environments Experience Proven experience working with irrigation systems, lawn care, or landscape maintenance is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge related to the operation and repair of landscaping tools and irrigation components is essential Familiarity with horticulture principles and plant care techniques will enhance your effectiveness in this role Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment such as excavators is a strong plus Knowledge of landscaping best practices including turf management, planting techniques, and soil preparation is desirable Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards is required Prior experience in landscaping or groundskeeping roles will help you excel in this position Join us to make a tangible impact on outdoor spaces while developing your skills in irrigation technology, landscape design, and construction!
