  • Temporary, Part-time, Seasonal Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lawn Care Specialist to join our team at Bushwackers Lawncare Services.
As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our customers outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong passion for lawn care and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of hardscape and groundskeeping techniques, as well as experience with power tools and trimming up small to large bushes. Must know how to operate a sit down and stand on zero turn. Be aware of suroundings when operating the trimmer, keeping trimmer head away from rocks or gravel that is close to any structures, or vehichles. Duties
  • Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming to ensure our outdoor spaces look their best.
  • Maintain and repair hardscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive groundskeeping plan to ensure our lawns and gardens are well-maintained and healthy.
  • Use power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
  • Prune and trim trees to maintain their shape and promote healthy growth.
  • Monitor and control weeds and pests to prevent infestations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute seasonal landscaping projects. Qualifications
  • 16 years or older
  • 2+ years of experience in lawn care, groundskeeping, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation.
  • Experience with tree care and pruning techniques.
  • Experience with irrigation systems and the ability to troubleshoot issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • No experience, will train, start out at 13.00/hour
  • If you have verifiable experience, starting pay will be dependent on experience. Schedule
