The primary responsibility is for 1 location/building; however, we have multiple locations/buildings and another Maintenance worker whom may request assistance or be available for assistance on duties. Duties include but are not limited to: Building Maintenance and repair within the agency as needed, both inside and outside Lawn, sidewalk, and parking area maintenance Cleaning and painting, as needed, inside and outside Assist in obtaining needed building and maintenance supplies as requested. Other duties as assigned Because of the nature of our business, there is an expectation of confidentiality, professionalism, and a natural ability to work with and around those who are seeking help without judgment. Required Qualifications Background void of issues related to abuse or neglect Valid Kansas driver's license with favorable record Minimal travel to satellite office in Lyons, KS; Stafford, KS; Larned, KS Able to work independently with minimal supervision Able to work outside, performing exterior building maintenance, yard, sidewalk and parking lot maintenance High School diploma or equivalent
