LBM Specialists must be knowledgeable of plant identification This role requires a detail-oriented and technical individual with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving along with strong customer service
Key Responsibilities :
Providing excellent account management and customer service to a territory consisting of all LBM customers Conducting thorough assessments of the plant material and diagnose and deliver solutions customized for each client based on budget, expectations and environmental factors. Work closely with a team to ensure efficient operations, while also having the autonomy to work independently. Take care of client properties with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Interact with clients daily in a timely manner, effectively communicating the process, expectations of services needed, services performed, and recommendations for other High Caliber services required on their property. Equipment operation- Hedge/string trimmers, Blowers,Pole saw Look for opportunities for any other services and relay issues to customer
Snow & Ice Removal Qualifications :
Self motivated and driven mindset Able to work in a fast pace environment 2+ years of experience in the green industry Applicators license preferred Valid DL Ability to obtain a DOT certification Ability to lift 50+lbs
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of horticulture. Ability to work in all weather conditions. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
