RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Functions:

Pick up trash/debris. Plant, maintain, trim, weed, mulch, and water; Flowers, shrubs, pots, and landscape beds. Daily yard work (mowing, edging, trimming, etc.) work on all outdoor campus athletic facilities. Assist other employees as needed. Arrive on time for work, attend work regularly, and successfully complete the responsibilities of the position. Comply with HutchCC policies, procedures, and practices. Secondary - Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Director or Coordinators of Facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Grounds experience preferred. Athletic interest preferred. Must be a neat and clean individual. Portraying a positive image to students, staff and community members is essential. The ability to cooperate with students and college personnel. Physical requirements include the ability to safely push, pull, reach, bend, stoop, climb, (up to a height of 8'), walk, carry, and to regularly lift up to 50 pounds; possess eye/hand/foot coordination sufficient to operate equipment, tools, etc., perform other physical activities as becomes necessary.
