Landscaper/Grass cutter

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance and grounds keeping, with a strong mechanical knowledge to operate various hand tools and equipment. This role involves maintaining lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces, ensuring they remain healthy and aesthetically pleasing throughout the seasons. Responsibilities Looking for a "Crew Lead". Someone who has experience running a crew of 2-3 people while mowing residential lawns. Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilizing. Maintain garden beds by planting, weeding, mulching, and watering as needed. Operate hand tools and machinery for landscape maintenance effectively and safely. Assist in building and maintaining outdoor structures such as fences or garden beds. Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Digging and preparing soil for planting new vegetation or landscaping features. Monitor the health of plants and lawns, identifying issues such as pests or diseases. Communicate with clients regarding their lawn care needs and provide recommendations. Requirements Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or groundskeeping is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and equipment safely. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods. Knowledge of proper lawn care techniques including fertilization, aeration, and pest control. Familiarity with snow plowing equipment is a plus. A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
