Learn to Lead. Build Something Bigger. LEXCUT is hiring a Landscape Crew Member with a valid driver's license to join one of our commercial landscape maintenance crews in the Lexington area. This is not just a basic lawn care job. We're looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and ready to grow into more responsibility over time. Responsibilities You'll work as part of a commercial landscaping crew performing services including: Lawn mowing String trimming Edging sidewalks and curbs Blowing grass and debris Landscape bed maintenance Shrub trimming and pruning Property cleanup Final site presentation You may also: Drive a truck and trailer Help load trucks and equipment each morning Assist the Crew Leader with keeping the route moving efficiently Help maintain equipment and keep trucks organized Represent LEXCUT professionally on every property What This Role Really Is This role is for someone who wants more than just a paycheck.
