We're currently hiring for a Landscaper & Lawn Care Worker to help maintain and improve residential and commercial properties in the Louisville and surrounding areas.

What We Offer:

Starting pay at $18/hr, with higher rates based on experience and performance Weekly pay Regular schedule: Monday-Thursday (weather permitting), 10-12 hour days Overtime available - Most is optional, with occasional mandatory days Benefits after 1 year: One week paid vacation, 3 paid sick days and a uniform allowance Advancement opportunities into lead and supervisor roles for motivated individuals

Strong work ethic and dependability Previous landscaping or lawn care experience required Ability to work long days outdoors in varying weather conditions Experience with mowers, trimmers, and landscaping tools A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team

Job Responsibilities:

Landscaping:

Planting, mulch or rock installation, bush and hedge trimming

Mowing & Lawn Care:

Mowing, string trimming, edging

Gardening:

Weeding, pruning, maintaining garden beds

Equipment & Shop:

Cleaning, basic maintenance, shop and trailer organization

Other Tasks:

Debris hauling, assisting with installs, general labor as needed

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Able to tow a trailer or willing to learn Experience with lawn care equipment tools preferred (but willing to train) Physically able to work outdoors for long periods in various weather Strong work ethic and ability to work well with a team Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented We are a Drug-Free workplace with a zero-tolerance policy Must have reliable transportation to and from our shop at 2506 Ampere Dr in
