Landscaping Salesperson/Worker

Job Summary This job offers the opportunity to use multiple skills from face to face with customers to performing landscaping tasks. This candidate will meet with customers in person doing estimates and working on a team of landscapers completing yard projects. 2-3 days a week this person will be on job sites cleaning up flower beds, trimming, edging, cleaning up brush, planting, and spreading mulch. 1-2 days a week this person will be meeting with customers to review the scope of work needed and providing written estimates. This job is a stepping stone to the next level of management. In the near future there will be team leader opportunities and supervisor positions. Responsibilities Meeting with customers to review landscaping opportunities, documenting the details, providing a written estimate to the customer, and showing the teams what the customer needs completed on job sites. Perform landscape maintenance duties like mulching, trimming, weeding, edging, and planting Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering landscape solutions tailored to their preferences Maintain equipment and tools regularly to ensure safety and optimal performance Qualifications Must be presentable to customers, having no neck or face tattoos, or "sleeve" tattoos 1 year experience in landscaping Must have driver's license Must provide 3-5 business or professional references Must have your own transportation Strong communication skills for engaging with clients and team members effectively No major felonies on criminal report Must be able to be punctual to job sites and estimate appointments Should be available to work 3-4 days per week on a set schedule This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscaping while contributing to beautiful outdoor spaces.
