Lawn Care Crew Member

Job Overview We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. This role involves maintaining residential and/or commercial properties by performing routine lawn care and landscaping services. If you enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team, this could be a great fit. Responsibilities Mow lawns using commercial-grade equipment Trim and edge around sidewalks, driveways, and landscaping Perform weed control and basic lawn treatments Clean up clippings, leaves, and debris Operate and maintain lawn care tools (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Follow safety procedures and company standards Work efficiently as part of a crew to complete daily routes Qualifications Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred (but not required) Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and perform physical labor Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Valid driver's license is a plus Benefits Competitive pay Opportunities for advancement On-the-job training
