Landscape Crew Member

E Woolf Landscape is hiring a Landscape Installation Crew Member to help with residential and commercial landscape installation projects. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys working outdoors, understands or is willing to learn dirt work, drainage, plant installation, and equipment operation, and takes pride in seeing a project come together from start to finish. This role will assist with preparing job sites, grading, moving dirt, installing plants, helping with drainage solutions, and using equipment related to landscape installation.

Responsibilities include:

Assist with landscape installation projects from start to finish Prepare areas for planting, sod, beds, drainage, and other landscape features Perform dirt work, grading, digging, trenching, and site preparation Install plants, shrubs, trees, flowers, mulch, rock, soil, and other materials Assist with drainage-related work as needed Operate or assist with machinery and equipment used in landscape installation Load, unload, and organize materials Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional Follow direction from crew leaders and supervisors Work outdoors in various weather conditions

Requirements:

Experience with landscape installation, dirt work, grading, drainage, plants, or outdoor labor preferred Experience operating or working around machinery preferred Knowledge of plants, planting methods, soil, drainage, or landscape materials is a plus Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a crew Must be physically able to lift, carry, dig, bend, and work outdoors Must have the ability and willingness to train, learn, and improve Must be able to follow directions and complete tasks safely Valid driver's license required Must pass a drug test Ideal candidate: The ideal candidate is someone who has outdoor work experience, understands the basics of landscape installation, and is willing to learn more about plants, drainage, dirt work, and equipment operation.

Pay:

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
