Facility Maintenance person needed in Baldwin 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday Minimum 1 year experience Skills needed to be considered for the position: Basic building maintenance Carpentry Small engine repair Plumbing Electrical repair

Job Summary:

Perform tasks as directed by the Facilities Manager. Ensure beautification of all property including but not limited to vehicles, grounds, building and equipment.

Job Functions:

Maintain grounds in a neat and attractive manner (vehicles, grounds, buildings and equipment) Ensure all facilities equipment is properly maintained and ready for use Keep supervisor advised of any material or equipment needs requiring replacement or maintenance Perform all non-routine tasks as assigned by the Facilities Manager Performs other duties as assigned https://www.employeeworkplace.com/ No username or email address required, No password required.
