Groundskeeper

Job Overview Groundskeeper needed to maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of the property grounds and common areas. Responsibilities include removing debris and pet waste, maintaining curb appeal, operating landscaping equipment, responding to maintenance needs, and ensuring outdoor areas remain clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position offering benefits, 8 paid holidays, and quarterly commissions based on property performance. Qualified candidates should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions while performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and walking. Applicants must be able to lift at least 50 lbs, pass a background and drug screening, and safely operate groundskeeping equipment. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance experience is a plus.
