Position:
Cleaning Technician & Groundskeeper Are you a detail-oriented person who takes pride in making spaces shine? Do you enjoy variety in your workday and want to help keep Baton Rouge looking its best? If so, The Cleaning Crew Baton Rouge wants you on our team! We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking Cleaning Technician & Groundskeeper to join our growing business. We specialize in providing top-tier janitorial services to local apartments, offices, and residential homes, and we are looking for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done right. What You'll Be Doing This role is the backbone of our operation. You won't be stuck behind a desk; you'll be out in the field ensuring our clients' properties are spotless and welcoming.
Your daily duties will include:
Grounds Maintenance:
Walking the property and picking up trash/debris to ensure curb appeal. ( Must be able to comfortably lift 25-30 lbs) .
Professional Cleaning:
Thoroughly cleaning a variety of environments, including apartments, professional offices, and private residential homes.
Surface Care:
Expert sweeping and mopping of various floor types, as well as dusting and wiping down surfaces to a high standard of cleanliness.
The Details Location:
We serve clients across the city. You will be expected to report to different job sites as assigned.
Schedule:
This is a part-time, flexible position perfect for someone looking to supplement their income. We offer 10-15 hours per week .
Compensation:

Requirements:
Reliable transportation is a must (as you will be traveling to various locations). Ability to lift up to 30 lbs consistently. A keen eye for detail—if a spot is missed, you notice it! A professional, friendly demeanor when interacting with clients. Punctuality and the ability to manage your time effectively to finish tasks within the allotted hours.
Pay:
$10.00 - $15.00 per hour
