From beautiful landscaping to clear walkways, you'll help set the tone for resident satisfaction and first impressions. What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For:

No prior maintenance or landscaping experience required Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather Must be physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks daily Familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
