Lawn Care Crew Foreman

Overview We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Lawn Care Crew Foreman to join our team. As a vital part of our landscaping service, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' lawns and gardens. This role requires a passion for outdoor work, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing debris. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients. Utilize hand tools effectively for various gardening tasks such as digging, planting, and weeding. Operate lawn care equipment and machinery with mechanical knowledge to ensure proper functioning. Build and maintain garden beds, hardscapes, and other landscape features as needed. Conduct regular inspections of grounds to identify maintenance needs and report any issues. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Previous experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care is preferred but not required. Familiarity with groundskeeping practices and techniques is beneficial. Knowledge of hardscape installation and maintenance is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary.
