Irrigation and Landscape Technician

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Irrigation and Landscape Technician, where you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor environments through expert irrigation systems, landscape care, and general horticultural practices. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining irrigation systems, performing lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks, and supporting construction projects to ensure our clients' outdoor spaces thrive. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help deliver exceptional results that exceed expectations. All employees are eligible for 1-week paid vacation, 8 paid holidays, and health insurance coverage upon working with our company for 1-year. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal water efficiency and landscape health Perform routine lawn care including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to keep landscapes vibrant and healthy Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning, planting, mulching, and seasonal cleanups to enhance aesthetic appeal Operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently during various projects Assist with landscaping construction projects by digging trenches, installing features, and preparing sites for planting or hardscaping Support horticultural practices by selecting appropriate plants, monitoring soil conditions, and applying fertilizers or pest control measures Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and system inspections for quality assurance and client reporting Experience Prior experience in irrigation system installation or repair is highly desirable Knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance best practices Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment such as excavators Familiarity with horticulture principles and landscaping design concepts Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward troubleshooting issues promptly Valid driver's license wanted but not required Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into lush landscapes that inspire!
