Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep grounds vibrant and healthy Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators for landscaping projects, tree care, and hardscape installation Maintain lawns through fertilization, aeration, and irrigation system adjustments to promote lush growth Conduct tree trimming and pruning to ensure safety and enhance landscape appearance Assist with winter maintenance to keep outdoor areas accessible during inclement weather Support construction projects involving garden beds, walkways, patios, or retaining walls by operating equipment and applying horticultural principles Perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure safety and efficiency during daily operations Experience Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or related outdoor maintenance roles is highly desirable Mechanical knowledge of power tools, lawn care equipment, and construction machinery such as excavators is preferred Familiarity with horticulture practices including plant care, tree trimming, and gardening techniques Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently in various outdoor environments Knowledge of irrigation systems, snow plowing procedures, and hardscape installation is a plus Strong understanding of landscape maintenance standards and safety protocols A proactive attitude with excellent physical stamina to perform outdoor work year-round in all weather conditions Join us to bring landscapes to life with energy and precision!
