Key duties include landscaping, irrigation system upkeep, trash removal, and assessing the grounds for repairs and hazards. The role involves inspecting amenities for safety, addressing inclement weather damage, and collaborating with maintenance staff and vendors. Emphasizing safety and professionalism, the Groundskeeper supports the community's visual appeal and assists with property upkeep tasks, including snow removal and preparing vacant units for new residents. Qualifications Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology. Basic computer literacy (or ability to learn property systems) Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of Groundskeeping experience To be hired, candidates will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test.
