Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance, including hardscape installation and lawn care. This role involves working with various hand and power tools to ensure the aesthetic appeal and functionality of outdoor spaces. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping projects. Conduct regular groundskeeping activities to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of properties. Implement snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Provide general mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and servicing. Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with hardscape installation techniques is a plus. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance and repairs. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
