As a Tree Groundsman/Climber, you will be responsible for executing tree trimming, pruning, and removal tasks with precision and safety, utilizing your climbing expertise. Responsibilities Safely climb trees using appropriate rigging techniques and equipment to perform pruning, trimming, or removal operations. Conduct detailed plant pruning care and tree trimming to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal. Use chainsaws, rigging tools, and other specialized equipment skillfully for cutting, shaping, or removing trees. Maintain detailed records of work performed, including safety checks, rigging setups, and tree condition assessments. Requirements Proven experience in tree care, climbing techniques, and landscape maintenance with growing knowledge of horticulture principles. Proficiency in operating chainsaws, and rigging equipment safely and effectively. Strong understanding of plant pruning care, tree trimming standards, and dendrology fundamentals. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols.. Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude toward teamwork and safety compliance. We're looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our growing team!
